CONSUMER INFORMATION, FEES & CHARGES

(FINANCE CONTRACTS FOR PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS)

If we arrange finance for you under your personal name and the funds are not being used for business purposes, your loan will be governed by the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003 (CCCFA). Information relating to the services we provide under this Act are provided below:

INTEREST RATES, FEES & CHARGES

The Interest rate you will pay depends on your overall profile as a borrower, which is determined by the following things:

  • Your credit history
  • How much you earn
  • How much you’re looking to borrow
  • The type of asset your’re purchasing
  • Your existing financial commitments

Consumer Finance Accreditations

Your overall profile as a borrower also determines which finance company your loan can be approved through, and the fees and charges that apply all vary from company to company.

In addition to providing smarter business finance, The Finance Lady, in association with our partner Credit One is able to arrange finance for individuals purchasing assets for their own personal use.

We have the ability to write consumer credit contracts through a range of lenders, all who have their own criteria, interest rates, fees and charges.

Unfortunately, life doesn’t always go to plan.

At Credit One The Finance Lady, we understand this and are always here to help you in the event you’re facing financial difficulty. Your finance consultant will discuss your situation with you and ascertain how we can ensure your loan is kept up to date.
